I can't seem to find where the files are located and I would like to remove them from my computer. I am the only user on my Mac. I am looking for the Movie and Photo files. Here is a picture: http://i.imgur.com/HD10RmR.png

Photos are stored in the iPhoto library under your user name. That's assuming you've been using iPhoto and not another program to manage your photos.

Open Finder:

/Users/your user name/Pictures/iPhoto Library/

If you've been using iMovie:

/Users/your user name/Movies/

Unfortunately, that info doesn't tell us much other than the space consumed. The directories provided by chscag will get you off to a good start. Outside of those and any other files you might have created, you're best to leave things alone.

Hi RottenApple - just thought to post your image below so others do not have to follow your link (easy to do w/ the image icon) - you have virtually little in the way of movies/photo images to remove? Just wondering what the issue may be?

But as already suggested, just go into Finder - your directories containing personal items (e.g. movies, photos, music, documents, etc.) should be located there unless you setup different option(s) - might need to provide some more information for us to understand your needs - :)
