Customer Management Software?

Hi all!

Quick question. What program is good for customer managament? I need something like act or customer manager by intuit for the PC.

Basically i need to be able to organize customers, contacts, projects, etc. Also need to be able to add notes as they happen, associate emails, files, etc. Need something stable, and preferably scriptable.

Does such a beast exist?

Anyone have any suggestions? How about a predesigned setup for filemaker? Something I could add onto.......
