yes i know this is a bit of a show-off type of thread, but i really couldnt care! and you may see why below!

well anyway enough of the small talk, i got the rest of my new gear today which consists of........

-12" ibook with 1GB ram and 60GB hard drive

-160GB Lacie external HD designed by Porsche

-Apple Bluetooth wireless mouse

-Canon Pixma iP4200 printer

-Fuji s9500

-eFilm 2500mAh reusable batteries

The funny thing about that picture is the phone. You have all this nice gear then that old school dorm phone. Made me laugh.

Congrats on the new gear!! I just ordered a power mac myself. As much as I wanted something portable, it just didn't seem like the right fit for me. I'd love to have both one day, but I guess we can't have it all. Well, maybe some can, but I had a hard enough time convincing my checkbook to go for the power mac, I seriously doubt it would go for an ibook too. It's a very temperamental checkbook if you know what I mean!

Looks like you're using the display spanning crack.

Are you running the screens at different resolutions? If so how do you find it runs?

Very nice by the way.

yup i sure am using the display spanning crack, runs silky smooth with the laptop screen at its native 1024 x 768 and my 17" tft at 1280x1024 @ 75Hz

I have a fuji S7000 that is a few years old now. It looks very similiar to the one in your picture. Its been a great camera for me. I still haven't figured it out yet, too many options, LOL
