Can no longer view network all of a sudden

So here's the setup: 3 Macs, 3 PC's, and a PC server. All the Macs have had ZERO problem using the file share on the PC server, until yesterday when only 1 of them decided to no longer see anything on the network.

Here's the weird thing though, it's still able to use the network to get out onto the web, and using my PC, I can still ping the Mac. But it doesn't even have the Network icon anymore. When we force the icon to show, there are no items in it (even the other macs aren't showing up, which they were before).

Anyone have any ideas how to tackle this issue?

Thanks

Have you tried repairing permissions in Disk Utility already?

Yeah, that was one of the first things we did. However, it had no effect.
