US English to British English

Good morning,
Can someone please tell me how I can change my system to spell and display British English instead of US English? I performed a Google search and came up with a couple of solutions, but on going to the System Preferences>Language & Text>Language, there is no British English that I can find to drag to the top of the list? I was able to change to correct English (sorry ;D LOL, I really could not resist that - don't hate me) in Mail, but unable to do so in the system settings.

In Languages & Text, you need to click the "Edit List..." button at the bottom in the Language tab. Find BE, add it and make sure it's at the top.

Don't you just hate it when something pops up that one just could not find before! Thank you. I will have to wait a while to test it out, as I believe I have to restart in order for the changes to take effect and I have a wee bit too much going on to shut everything down now. Once again, thank you.
