Exporting email contacts from SENT items?

Hi
I have searched extensively on how to export email contacts from Entourage. All solutions provide this option for In Box addresses but not from SENT?
I have way too many (literally hundreds, maybe over a thousand) in my Sent box so can't manually add to address book.

Does anyone know of any easy simple to follow instructions (for this absolute beginner) on how I can get all of these email addresses into one file?

Can you not temporarily drag them into your Inbox?

Thanks for responding mrplow, I have over 10,000 emails in my sent box (so you can imagine all the great contacts I have).

If I dragged them into my inbox, how would I easily get them all out again?

By dragging them back again. You can identify them in a search as they'll all have you as the sender.

Experiment with one or two first
