I am running mac os x ver 10.4.11 the processor is 1.33Ghz powerPC G4. I am wondering if there apps out there that I can download and use?

Agreed, give us an idea what you need application wise.
I own a 12" 1.33Ghz iBook but have upped the RAM to 1.5GB Max and running 10.5.8 Leopard on it.
