All Images

When I look in All Images I see duplicates of items. What happens if I delete some of them?

Without knowing what these pictures are, it's hard to tell. However, I'd suggest that, unless their taking up an exorbitant amount of space, you leave them alone.

And I'd recommend you not delete anything from the "All Images" folder.

That is a search function - not really a folder.

You will be seeing every icon from your installed software and all sorts of stuff that if you go messing with it, you'll end up having blind holes in some of your applications.

Personally, imho that was an extremely bad idea to have such a search function that searches through everything on the drive.
