Bought my first iPhone and need some help/advice

Yeah, I just bought a iPhone 4S and it is my first iPhone ever, so now I can use some help with apps and hints.
What would be the best app to use with Office docs (Word, Excel, PDF)?
Best e-mail client Outlook-like (if any)?
Internet browser, Photoshop-like and any other good utility..?
Oh yeah, if you could point me to a tutorial on how to reset it and give me any basic tips I would appreciate.

Best email- the email client on there is quite good
Best browser - Safari (also comes pre-installed)

"PS Express" is a version the I got for Free on my iPad, even if it costs money now if you just google PS alternatives for iPhone 4s you should be able to find something good.
I find the "dictionary.com " app useful!

That's easy. The app store has Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Excellent way to open and edit Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files on your iPhone.
