Macbook pro help back to factory settings..

Just recieved a MBP 2010 13" 2.4 HGZ 4 GB Ram...

However it has not been factory reset and is loaded with 10.6.8 and no discs supplied...

What do i need to do get this back to factory reset condition and fully functional please ?

Your assistance is all ways appreciated...

Also can you confirm for me please that i will need the password for this machine to install OSX lion ?

Your Mac's Specs
Way... way too many specs to list.
You would need to purchase a version of OS X as you do not possess any media.

Reloading an OS does not require a password.
