Safari 6.0.4 All Tabs Reopen after Alt/Command/Q

I'm used to closing safari using Alt-command-Q so that all Tabs close. Since I've upgraded to 6.0.4, the tabs re-open regardless. I've checked preferences both in Safari and System and see nothing different than I had set before. Anyone else with this problem?
