Lost Mac Mailbox

Please help.
I deleted a Mac Mailbox yesterday and I forgot to back up my sent items. I do not use time machine and my system is not backed up anywhere!!
Is there anyway I can recover these lost sent items?
I am a novice and I am not too sure what to do or where to start.

Who is your Mail ISP? Go to their website and log in on line and see if your sent items are still on the server. If you chose not to remove mail from the server after sent, they should still be there. Just move them from "sent" to your "inbox".
