Apps to massive change the Coding of Text file in OSX 10.8.X

Dear All,

I used to make it in Notepad --> Save As --> Coding:....

But since 10.8 the "Save As" option is gone, and I have to copy the file to a new one then save as to choose the "Coding" option....

While I find it pretty annoying when there are dozens of file to change.

Is there any apps on OSX 10.8.X that could change encoding of numbers of .txt files at the same time? For instance, from ISO-XXX to UTF-8 / UTF-16?

Have a look at Text Wrangler and BBEdit, they are also scriptable
