iCloud items actually on iTouch

It is great having iCloud active on my iTouch, however I often listen to music out of WiFi range. Is there a way to load my iTunes music onto the iTouch so that I can listen to it without a WiFi connection?

That's easy. Go to the iTunes store, hit the purchased tab on the bottom and then hit the cloud icon for each song you want to download. Done.
