Were you making backups? If not, you can try using data recovery software. However, most good data recovery software is expensive but most also offer a trial version that you can test to see if it can find your lost emails.

Also, as an alternative.... if you have not been removing your email messages from your ISP server, you may be able to go on line to your ISP web site and download your messages again.
