I'm working with a team of students at my school to make an iphone app with absolutely no knowledge about code.
We're trying to make a main menu for our app that shows up when you open the app. The menu should have a list of options and a plus sign to add a new option. (the options are quizzes that you make to test yourself).

If you have absolutely no knowledge about code, you might want to get some basic understanding of Objective-C and the iOS SDK to be able to accomplish your task..

I have no time. Basically my teacher with no knowledge of making an app wants us to leech a bunch of code and edit it before the end of the semester.

That isn't a very effective way of learning or teaching and more so you will not find any code here to start with.

Yes my google searches haven't found much. I don't know where to search for these things.

This isn't going to sound helpful (I'm guessing) but you really ought to read over some of the documentation available on Apple's developer site.

I have no idea what it is that you're trying to make but from the sounds of it, you want people to be able to add things to a list, have these options stored and have each option link to a custom made quiz (on the part of the user). That's not an easy undertaking for a group of students who have little to no knowledge of coding. This is only made worse with what I feel is Objective-C's "unkind to newbies" nature (it's certainly powerful but perhaps not the best way into the world of programming).
