Running two different macs on one macbook

Hi! I have a fairly simple question:: So i have a macbook pro with the most up to date software and updates. I have two user accounts and am about to add one for my son. I want his new account to be COMPLETELY "clean". What I mean by that is I want it not having any of the apps i downloaded, none of the files from my administrator account, and so on. Effectively I want to make a completely new "computer" for his profile.

Every time I make a new user profile now it still has some of the apps and files from my account. Anyone know what to do??
