laptop shuts off

so the laptop runs fine, i have super long battery life, on a full battery as soon as i plug in the charger it takes a second for it to go green(as always) then bam. it turns off!

can anyone help?
what part is broken or needs to be replaced, i have soldering experience if need be

ok so heres what ive tried, another charger another charger port hard drive, dvd drive and battery..... i have two of the same laptops (A1278)
