Handbrake problem

Trying to rip a family DVD (wedding no copy protection) using handbrake.

I have run handbrake 5 times and each time it completes but does not rip entire dvd. Each time it only converts a portion which is different each time

I can't figure out the problem except when I scan, handbrake says I need a compatible version of libdvdcss. I am running mac book pro 2.2 gz intel core I7 os 10.7.5 8gb 1333 mhz ddr3.

Any help would be appreciated. The dvd is 1 hr 4 minutes that i trying to rip to h.264 format

Do you by chance have VLC 2.0 installed? Version 2 is known to disrupt Handbrake from working right. Anyway, try downloading and installing a free copy of LibDvdCss from here.

hand brake problem

Thanks for the speedy reply. I did not have vlc loaded and still had the problem. Any other download sites? Also what is libdvdcss anyway.
