I have a birthday on my calendar that I am unable to delete. When I try, it says I am not the calendar administrator and to contact calendar administrator. Is there a way to override this on my own computer? Person is not in my contacts. Thanks

I have never heard of that error message, and even searching Google fails to turn anything up. Please re-check that error message and type it out EXACTLY as displayed. A screen cap may help, if it doesn't contain anything sensitive.
Remove calendar events
Open Calendar. Click the "Calendar" button at top left to see a list of calendars. Uncheck the ones that contain the event. In my case, there was a birthday created from a Contact list. I unchecked that and the birthday disappeared. Good luck.
