question about ipod shuffle...

Okay guys i recently purchased a open box 512mb with a 2 year warranty. I was wondering the usb connector on the shuffle is it supposed to be slanted? Mine is slightly slanted and also does the little select switch that turns it on and off kind of lifts at the top and wiggles. Are these things normal? The shuffle work perfect. I think i'm being too picky let me know what you think.

Nope neither of those things are supposed to be like that

I would suggest returning it, providing that wherever you bought it from has some kind of guarantee.
