I have just upgraded from OSX 10.6.8 to 10.8.3 Muntain Lion on my MacBook Pro.

In 10.6.8 I was able to use a verticle 3 finger swipe in Firefox or any other browser to go from top to bottom or bottom to top of a page. Since the change this doesn't work any more. Not a problem on a short page, but a real pain on a long one, having to scroll all the way. I have had a good look at the setup in System Prefrences and can't find how to do it?

Any ideas please anyone?

I don't know about the other browsers but in Safari the disappearing scroll bar can be tapped at the top or bottom to instantly go to the top or bottom of the web page .
