I have an attachment to an email that I am trying to open. It is a requested form from my tax account that is an organizer for 2012 taxes (not rushing into this, haha). The file is winmail.dat. They also sent a safe download for Adobe PDF reader if I need it. Can anyone tell me if I need the Adobe download since there isn't one in my Applications folder. And how do I open the file? I tried clicking it and got a window that sure didn't look like what I thought I was getting.
Thanks for any help!

Once you have the pdf file, Preview will open it for you. From there you can print it, fill it in, then scan it and email back.

Thanks! I will do that tomorrow. Do I not need Adobe? I'm not sure what Preview is.
