Big programs not running.

for some reason all the memory intensive programs like fcp, macromedia studio, vpc, etc are freezing. only the basic apple programs and ilife will run. it just started doing it the other day. i'd love to use these programs, i don't know what's wrong.

Hmmmmm, try kicking your computer.

Or you might want to try deleting and reinstalling the programs you want.

Have you tried deleting cache files/preference list files (.plist) and repairing permissions? if this does not work, it could be a memory problem.

I have no idea how to delete all that stuff.
One time, I kicked the router and I was left internetless for about a week.
It sucked. I don't kick much except for my friends now.
How would I get the computer fixed if none of that stuff works?
Is there like a program that deletes the cache stuff?
