Converting Images

I just recently bought a Mac. With Os X and I have a lot of my programs from windows saved as .iso images is there anyway to loads these in macs or is there a program that can convert them into .dmg images? This is a desperate cry for help.

Short answer....No. Even if you change the .iso to a .dmg you are not going to be able to run your Windows programs in the Mac environment. The only way to do that would be to run Virtual PC, in which case you would not need to change the file format.
Virutal PC is a laggy, buggy and all around poor application in my opinion. You are better off just using a Windows machine for Windows things, and a Mac for Mac stuff.
