Weird Font in iTunes installation

I have weird fonts in Itunes. So I downloaded an update for 11.02 and it was even weirder when opening iTunes. Now I can't read anything in iTunes at all except for seeing blocks and the words "Apple" in places. I uninstalled and reinstalled to get the same thing. I have attached a screenshot.

The "screenshot" shows not only bad fonts in the iTunes window, but also in the actual buttons -- this indicates that your font issue is system-wide. Also, it looks like you have Windows set to 256 or fewer colours.

I'm not familiar enough with Windows to guess at what's wrong, but there is definitely a font issue going on there. Have you recently run and "cleanup" type software, particularly any that promised to remove "unwanted languages?"
