Import Address Book to Contacts

Is there a way to import email address files from the Address Book in Snow Leopard OS X into the Contacts program in Mountain Lion OS X?

You should be able to simply export them from SL and import them in ML. Open up Address Book on the SL machine, make sure "All Contacts" is selected > File > Export. Save it and them move over to the ML machine and go to File > Import.
