I know Cisco, Microsoft and IBM are very hot on their certifications. And people can get good career if they own these certifications. But what about Apple certifications? Are Apple certifications good choice for me to enter the IT domain?

Apple is big on certifications for repair, and less so for networking, but don't seem to place much emphasis on it beyond that except for sales.

The only really important non-repair certification (IMO) from Apple is the Apple Specialist designation. You can find out more about that here.
