iPhone backup password forgotten

My iPhone backup is encrypted on my computer.

I remember what I thought it was but I believe when I typed it in it was reset. Is there any way I can undo this?

I guess I should just remove the device and back it up again?

iPhone backup password

Hi, doing another backup of the iPhone sounds like a reasonable solution. If you're using a Mac, here'a thread that could help to get back your password. Gluck!

According to the signature of the OP .... he/she is running OSX, not windows :Cool:
I don't know if that app you mentioned is available for OSX, nor is it clear if the iPhone backup was taken on an OSX or a Windows machine.
