Howdy! I am looking to purchase a wireless hard drive and am hoping for suggestions on what you guys recommend.

There is obviously the time capsule, which is a little pricey, so I wanted to make sure I am looking at all of my options.

Thanks in advance! ;P

If this is for Time Machine I still recommend Time Capsule.

There are some routers that allow you to attach a hard drive to the router. I have not tried this personally but I thing that would do what you need. Perhaps others will have more experience with that kind of setup.

Yes, I would also use it for Time Machine. My current WD drive is partitioned, 1/2 for time capsule and the other half for back up. ;D

Interesting! I'm not very tech savvy, so I don't know if I could manage that! But if it was fairly straight forward, I might be able to! :)

You can also use an Airport Extreme Base Station with a USB drive which I have done in the past .

I went with the 2TB Time Capsule when I placed my order the other night, and actually decided to go with the MacBook Pro Retina over the Air. Can't wait for it to get here! Biting my nails over the cost, tho! :'(
