The charger for my macbook will not plug in anymore. There appears to be a metal piece that is sticking out that is impeding the magnetic connection. Can anyone tell me an easy fix for this problem?
thx

First make sure that the piece of metal sticking out is not either a pin or part of the connector. As the connector is magnetic, it can attract metallic objects, but if the connector itself is damaged, then the "easy fix" you're looking for is to buy another MagSafe Charger.
