With the mds process causing the kp, my first guess would be bad RAM.

Are these the original RAM chips in the machine or have you replaced them?

I think that the ram was upgraded some time back.

Some permissions are an issue - image below.

Permissions would not cause a kp - at least have never seen it cause one.
All permissions that are not repaired may be safely ignored. Apple has a list of around 100 such permissions that will not be repaired.

I would try putting the original RAM back in the machine if you have it, if not, try using only a single stick at a time and see if they stop.

You could also run Memtest - link.

Apple's own diagnostics test does not always find bad RAM.

That looks good... I'd still try one stick at a time.

........................................
Remove all external devices attached to it.
Try booting into Safe mode.
Did you try the "Repair Disk" when you did the permissions repair? Need to boot the the Recovery partition to do this.

Would also try a clean install on a spare external drive and boot to it and run all updates. No kernel panics here, and it's probably a software issue.

You can also work through all the troubleshooting steps in the Apple kb article - here.

Did repair drive and permissions. No externals. Booting safe is inconclusive.

One stick and clean install are unfortunately weekend activities.

The safe boot itself can repair some kp issues.

If all the software you use daily is in the root Applications folder, one thing you could try before the weekend is to create a new user account and try using it - see if it's related to your user account or the system.

May or may not work - up to this point when it's been software related for me, it's been some app that installed stuff in the root system/library folders rather than in the user account only - but, could be worth a try.

Trying the new account theory - Since I can do this at work,

Rebooted 40 times with success until I upgraded Netgear Genie and then it went crash central - several times over. Deleted program and deleted user (in case it was something else) Restarting tests on 4th New account.

User account that works until you install an app...

Time to uninstall that app from your primary account and see if the kps vanish.

Deleted Library support for Littlesnitch, MacKeeper. Deleted Google Chrome and Netgear Genie. Seems a little better and i thought almost fixed but not convinced yet. Maybe if I delete all the programs and the operating system Ill have it running like clockwork.

MacKeeper? Get rid of the entire messy business. Netgear hardware is not the most Mac friendly around.

Ooh, I would like to have seen if deleting only MacKeeper would have fixed it.
