Transfer Newstand subscriptions

Hi, I just bought a new iPad 4 128gb and wanted to transfer all my magazines from old iPad 2 to new iPad 4. I'd tried few different ways but all unsuccessful. Including deleted the app from old iPad, shut down, restarted, still failed. Any suggests I'll try it.

Are you using the same Apple ID with your new iPad? If you are, have you tried downloading the News Stand app to the new iPad and your magazines?

If you are using the same Apple ID and install the Newsstand app, your magazines will just "be there."
