Grapher Crashes Differential Equations

Grapher is crashing when I tried to solve this differential equation, y'=(1-y)/(3-y), y(0)=0, however when I change the initial condition to y(0)=-0.5 it solves the ODE, I need the first one. Any help would be great!

HI !
There is no "crash" with Grapher 2.3 in Mountain Lion OS X 10.8.4
May be it's only a mathematical problem and not a Grapher's one.
Some suggestion in the .gcx.zip file in attachment.
