Looking for Home Office Printer

Hi,
I am in need of a home/office BW & Color printer. I print more text than photos, and I do not need an "all-in-one" (print, scan, fax) device.

Can anyone suggest a very good printer (or printers)? Or does anyone know of a web site that could help me?

How much use do you have ? are you the only one who will use the machine or the whole staff, strength of staff.
