iMac 27" 2.8GHz Core i7 4GB; MacBook Pro 13.3" Core i5 4GB
Using iPhone 5. Just realized the icon for the App Store is missing. How can I get it back on screen. Thanks in advance.

I'd start with a hard boot:
Hold sleep/wake & home until the screen blanks and the apple logo appears
