I am not very wise to the ways of Excel and need some help. I have a one sheet document that I need 500 copies of and need every copy numbered sequentially (1-500). The page needs to be exactly the same except for the page number. How do I do this?

I don't believe you can do it with page numbers sequentially unless you were to duplicate 499 pages from the first, all included in the same sheet. Of course that would be a very tedious job and rather ridiculous. However, I believe it may be possible using a macro. You didn't mention which version of Excel you're using but Excel 2011 supports macros whereas 2008 does not.

I can't think of any way that's easier than printing 500 copies of the page with no page number and then handwriting the numbers.

EDIT: Of course, it depends on how often you'll be needing to do something like this. If it will be several times, then writing a macro would be worth it.
