MacBookPro black screen of death

I have a mid-2009 MacBookPro that has started to crash frequently. This is a huge problem as I'm a DJ and use this MacBook for gigs. I'm wondering if there is anyone here that can interpret this panic report and tell me what's wrong. I've been told I need a logic board, but I wonder if that's actually true. I have installed Crucial Memory around the time these panics started, but I want to know exactly what this panic report says. Any insight?

Kernel panics can be tricky to decode. If the panics started happening after a RAM upgrade, I would suspect the RAM chip(s) as being faulty. Your best bet is to run a thorough test with Tech Tool or try the original RAM configuration and see if it helps.
