Sync bookmarks over-the-air?

I am trying to sync my bookmarks to my iPad. When I go to ITunes-info tab-scroll down to the "other" section, I find that "your bookmarks are being synced with your IPad over the air from ICloud. Over the air settings can be changed on your IPad."

What I am looking for when I go to the "other" section is "Click sync bookmarks with and choose your browser."

Can someone explain to me how to do this?

Sounds like you have it set up correctly on the Mac side. I don't believe there is anything you have to do on the iPad for this to work.

Obviously, you need to be using Safari on both machines.
