Trying to login to my account but logs me into admin instead.

So I made a mistake and changed my user ID from '501' to '1000'. When I actually wanted to change the users group from 'staff' to '1000'

When I restarted my computer and tried to login under my user it logs in but logs in under the administrator. When I finally figured out that I made a mistake and changed the user id back to 501 and changed the user group back to 'staff' I still couldn't login to my account.

Any ideas?
