I have been looking for a driver for my new imac 10.8 Mountain Lion to connect to an existing Canon Selphy ES3. It appears this isn't possible, which is annoying as its a good little printer. Can anyone help me solve this problem, and if not, recommend a new photo printer (preferably wifi). I don't want to replace my main printer, so only want one for photo use.

There is no driver for Mountain Lion listed, however, try using the Lion driver which is provided by Canon: LINK

I found a 10.8 driver here. It would seem that ML is supported (unless I'm reading things wrong).

I just checked that site and it appears those are not drivers but only software. The US Canon site states that Mountain Lion is not supported but I suspect he may be able to use the Lion driver instead. Worth a try.

Thanks all.

Have tried all of the above, but nothing seems to work. Would invest in a new one, but just unsure what best to buy.

I have three printers that I use and all are compatible with Mountain Lion:

HP, Epson, and Canon. Brother is also another good choice as they generally support the latest versions of OS X.
