First up trash Kaspersky's. Are you using a USB hub of any description which is connected and powered during the crash? Some folk report crashed when an external drive or hub left connected. My Book do seem to have some software problems.

I thought I have permanently deleted the Kaspersky. Will search files on spotlight.

I do have a my book as well as usb slot expander constantly plugged in.

Why does it only happen once a week, same day and time?

I think I have the kaspersky completely gone/uninstalled but you are still seeing it. What do I need to do?

Go to this LINK and download the Kaspersky uninstaller and use it to completely remove Kaspersky.

Completely removed MyBook, only will hook up when needed.
Kaspersky is gone.
