iTunes import error

I've decided to re-import my cds using apple lossless rather than mp3. One import is throwing up this message "Error occurred while converting the file "Tangled up in Blue". A duplicate file name was specified" There is then an OK button.
OS 10.7.5 itunes 11.0.1.

Any ideas?
