Logic: How to duplicate track

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
New to Logic Pro from GB. How can I quickly duplicate and align a track right beneath the currently selected track with the same sound settings?

Select the track you want to duplicate then hit this icon:

If you want to copy the recording over as well, click on the recording and drag it to the new track while holding the option key on your keyboard.
