I did, multiple times. Turned out I had a bigger issue...they won't even play, iTunes telling me that "This movie requires QuickTime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes."
I contacted Apple and the tech response was "...this is a known issue for iTunes, please refer the article below to resolve this issue:"
iTunes for Mac: Older media files may require iTunes to reopen in 32-bit mode
The article says "However, some older media files in your iTunes library may still rely on QuickTime to play, and QuickTime only runs in 32-bit mode. In order to play media that encounters this issue, you will need to open iTunes in 32-bit mode first"
Skyfall has been out less than a week (Van Helsing was artwork-less for months but never verified it would play. I just assumed). I find it difficult to believe that it falls under this bug. The tech support gal appeared to agree in that she escalated my issue higher up. We'll see what happens.
What's odd is that while it's downloading the artwork is present and the movie will play. Once the download is complete, the artwork disappears and it stops being playable.
