Hi guys, i own a macbook pro 13 inch and had absolutely no problems with the wi fi connection up until now. See i work in this shop where there are an iMac connected wireless to the router and an iPad also. For some reason though, i cannot connect my macbook to the internet. An exclamation mark (!) pops up on top of the wifi icon on top on the right and a message saying ¨Alert:No internet connection...¨ pops up when i click on it.

I already looked at some forums but no help yet. I tried restarting the router, tried eliminating the keychain access, tried some other things too but nothing has worked yet.

Please if somebody has an answer, please help!
I am not a really pro user of mac so a good detailed explanation would be great.

Thanks
