iPod G2

I cannot switch off the music of my iPod Touch G2. When I pause the music I've been playing it still shows "Now playing" on the 'Shuffle' page. And it uses up the battery when it is switched off.

That is how you stop it - it doesn't use the battery. Something else is using the battery, likely wifi, bluetooth, some other app.

However, you can always quit the app.
