What Apps you recomend

Hi there i´m starting a thread because i would like some opinions about certain Apps and i want the best options and don´t care it is free or not.
I have a macbook pro early 2011 and i'm using mountain lion

To remove apps

Defrag disk

control battery life

Browser

Antivirus

Modeling/3D animation

Video player

Someting like Microsoft office

No need to start a new thread as this subject has been gone over and over again many times. Please use our forum search engine.

I drag apps to trash or use their unistaller if they have one.

I don't recommend de-fragging a Mac but do on a Windows machine.

I let Apple's Energy Saver thats built in handle the job.

I like Safari but that is up to the user.

There is no need for AV since none exist for a Mac.

Besides what a Mac comes with I use VLC to handle my video needs.

I like i Work but there again that is user preference another to consider would be Libre Office.
