I recently updated to Mountain Lion. Since then, I've had prompts from iPhoto to update from iPhoto '11 9.1.1 to 9.4.2 When I click on Open Software Update, I get a message saying there are no updates available. Any suggestions? I'd very much like to update it!

Have you tried going into the Mac App Store to see if it is available there?

Thank you, yes I had, but it only seems to be available as a purchase for 13.99€ and it's not worth that to me - I'd thought I could get it as an update.

Can you download the update from here and install it rather than go through the app store?

Thanks! I'll try that if what I'm doing right now doesn't work; on another thread, it was suggested that Mountain Lion Combo be downloaded, so I'll wait to see if that works.

The Mountain Lion Combo download didn't solve the iPhoto update problem, so I downloaded 9.4.2 from the site recommended by halo200. It was successful on the 2nd attempt, but when I opened it, I had this message: "iPhoto 9.1 or later is required to install this update." I have 9.1.1, but the download wouldn't install.
