adobe flash player

Im trying to install the latest version of adobe flash player as movies on a site request this to work. However I cant get it to install as it keeps asking for a password to which I type in my apple password. as its the only one I have and it wont work Can Anyone help get this installed

It wants your login password, not your Apple password. If you don't have one set up, just press enter.
You really should have a login password set for more security.
